Purchases happen on Whatnot for live pack opens, or eBay for fixed-price coins. Blue Dragon does not process checkout on this site — it routes you to those channels.

The grader verifies the slab. Blue Dragon records verify whether the cert appears in a published chase or pull record. Use the Verify page to open the grader's official lookup, then check our records.

No. Buyback is a human-reviewed dealer quote, not instant cash-out or guaranteed approval. Quotes expire, and inspection happens before any manual payout — there is no internal wallet.

The Vault is the buyer record layer for holdings, pull history, verification, and future requests. It is a lookup desk, not a login wallet — and purchases still happen on Whatnot and eBay.

Handles can differ across platforms. Blue Dragon reconciles pulls with order records and internal audit trails, not public handles alone. If a pull does not appear, open the claim link from your pull notification.

Some platforms or purchases may require age eligibility — 18+, or 19+ where required. Follow the rules of the platform where the purchase occurs; some regions may be restricted. Opened boxes are non-refundable once revealed.

It is the estimated value of coins still in the pool divided by packs remaining — a transparency snapshot, not a guarantee. Values are estimates; verify graded coins at PCGS, NGC, or PMG.
